Public Service Corps (PSC) is a paid internship that utilizes your Federal Work-Study grant.
The Public Service Corps is dedicated to providing undergraduate and graduate students with opportunities to serve their communities, build professional skills and learn about careers in the public sector. A Public Service Corps internship links meaningful community service experience with academic learning, personal growth, and civic responsibility. While students apply their classroom studies to the real world, community needs are met.
An application must be completed with the resume attached, and it must be submitted to the Federal Work-Study Office. The starting salary varies. PSC has a separate contract, and all tax forms are submitted to them.
***Interested students should email fedwork.study@lehman.cuny.edu to request an application.***
